How It Works



Once you accept our repair quote, you can send in your device to us. We will accept devices sent via insured and tracked postage only.



Any devices recieved will be on the repair bench within 24 hours of reciept. We aim to complete any standard repairs within 72 hours.



Once your device is repaired we will send back to you via tracked and insured service through DPD within 24 hours of the fix.
